Ideally, you have current employment or recent experience in a fast-paced Event / AV company or Venue based in Perth or further afield. Candidates will possess the following skills and abilities within your field of expertise:

GENERAL

  • Mid-level/extensive events industry experience and showcraft
  • Proven leadership skills and willingness to lead a team
  • WHS knowledge and experience
  • Industry HIGH RISK certifications favoured
  • Client interaction and management


LIGHTING

  • Mid/large console and networking system experience
  • Strong knowledge of static, moving light and LED fixtures
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of rigging systems


VIDEO

  • Knowledge of large format switching systems
  • Experience with high-lumen projection (proven ability of projection blends and mapping highly regarded)
  • LED screen configuration and build
  • Fibre Optic and SDI routing
  • Media Server and networking knowledge 


AUDIO

  • Proven ability with mid-large range audio systems and line-arrays
  • Ability to mix and manage multiple RF microphones and band systems
  • Network and patching

Our Sales & Installation division are seeking experienced Installations Technicians.

Ideally, you have current employment or recent experience in a fast-paced AV / Integration company based in Perth or further afield. Candidates will possess the following skills and abilities within your field of expertise:

Skills

  • System test, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Follow detailed plans and installation documentation
  • Cable management
  • Works under minimal supervision either as an individual or part of a team or as a team leader
  • Verbal communication skills to a high standard due to the diversity of internal and external customers
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Technical expertise and an ability to work unsupervised to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Technical proficiency including product knowledge and ability to comply with established policies and procedures
  • Understanding and demonstrated competency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to use initiative and work with a minimum of guidance and direction
  • Attention to detail across all areas of the role
  • Ability to set clear goals for self; and seek or obtain feedback to achieve quality, timely results


Some of the Key Responsibilities include:

  • Installation and commissioning of AV systems (displays, projection, LED, audio, lighting)
  • Ensures quality standards are met through consistency, timeliness, correctly following procedures, and responsiveness to the client’s needs
  • Readily adapts to change in work procedures and associated technologies
  • Technical installation
  • Exercises strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Client assistance and liaison
  • Perform work under limited / no supervision
  • Able to inspect products & materials for conformity with operational standards
  • Work from complex production drawings, prints, plans, instructions and procedures
  • Problem solving

  • Perform work under limited / no supervision
  • Able to inspect products & materials for conformity with operational standards
  • Work from complex production drawings, prints, plans, instructions and procedures
