World-Class Magic for the World Travel & Tourism Council Summit

It's not every day that Western Australia hosts an international event of this scale, and The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Global Summit Gala did not disappoint!

This was the first time the WTTC Global Summit was held in Australia, and PAV was thrilled to play a leading role in making this milestone event an unforgettable experience for 600 distinguished guests.

This event brought together global leaders in government, tourism, and trade to showcase the very best of Western Australia – and we set out to deliver a spectacle like no other.

Bringing the Event WOW Factor

As guests arrived, they were met with a breathtaking surprise: dining tables elegantly arranged on the stadium's field of play, creating an extraordinary, one-of-a-kind experience.

Unlike past field-of-play dinners, this event featured a landmark first—a custom-built stage within the grandstands, a feat never executed at Optus Stadium. 

The awe on the guests' faces as they stepped onto the iconic field was truly magical. It was a privilege to bring this vision to life, transforming the space into a world-class venue that celebrated WA's vibrancy and innovation.

The PAV Team: Making Event Magic Happen

Behind every breathtaking moment was our dedicated crew. 

Eilidh Sutton and Chris Jackson led the charge as Event Managers with innovative design concepts, envisioning every detail that made the night exceptional. 

Our team worked with event partners to choreograph musical collaborations, stage design, multimedia content, florals, table settings and furniture.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to each crew member whose relentless effort turned this ambitious vision into a spectacular reality.

An Unforgettable Entertainment Lineup

No gala is complete without world-class entertainment; the WTTC Gala was no exception. 

The entertainment lineup was nothing short of spectacular, with the night featuring an unforgettable mix of talent. DJ Wildflower (Kate Woolley) and the Perth Symphony Orchestra, arranged by Williams Creative Co., took centre stage with an electrifying blend of classical and dance music. 

This fusion created a unique, high-energy "Ministry of Sound" atmosphere that captivated guests throughout the night. From the vibrant performances to the unique setting, every detail was designed to showcase the very best of WA.

A Culinary Showcase of WA's Finest

Optus Stadium's culinary masterminds, Chefs Bryan Jimenez and Jochen Beranek, brought their expertise to elevate the evening's dining experience. 

The meticulously crafted menu celebrated the best of WA's local produce, offering guests an authentic taste of Western Australia's unique flavours and premium ingredients. 

It's always a pleasure to feature their creations at our events—under their skilled hands, the food becomes as much of a spectacle as the event itself.

Collaborating to Bring the Vision to Life

We extend our gratitude to Tourism Western Australia, whose trust and support allowed us to bring this bold vision to life. Their collaboration made it possible to showcase WA and Optus Stadium as world-class locations on the global stage.

This event was more than just a project for us; it was a testament to the creativity and dedication that drives the PAV team. As a collective, we strive to push boundaries, and this gala was a perfect opportunity to do just that. 

From ideation to execution, every element was designed to exceed expectations and deliver an experience that guests would remember long after the evening ended.

The WTTC Gala at Optus Stadium was a career highlight for many within our team and a reminder of why we love the events industry. Here's to many more collaborations that bring the "WOW" factor to life in Western Australia.
