At PAV, we specialise in not just creating events but unforgettable experiences.

In association with our venue partner, Optus Stadium, we crafted a mesmerising evening showcasing Western Australia's wonder and beauty to guests of Business Events Perth and Tourism Australia.

Our talented Event team, headed by Nadia Bird, took the brief and designed every aspect of this intimate on-ground dinner. The theme took inspiration from chefs Jochen Beranek and Bryan Jimenez's menu, which sought ingredients from all across Western Australia.

We worked with the Optus culinary team to pre-record welcome messages and introductions to each fabulous course. Our multimedia team created a showcase including these videos and imagery of our gorgeous State to appear on the Stadium's Super Screens throughout the evening.

Our team designed and printed a single coastal image on the 9.6-metre-long dining table to accompany and blend with the screen multimedia. Furniture, tableware, and custom shell name cards epitomised the coastal hues and drew inspiration for the 8-meter above-table florals. 

Varley Strings welcomed guests on-field, followed by the smooth sound of the Catherine Summers ensemble. 

We collaborated with some of Perth's finest event suppliers to make this event exceptional, and we thank each of them for their efforts in encapsulating the very best of Western Australia.

From event production and design to all things audio-visual, PAV left no stone unturned to ensure our guests had a truly immersive and unforgettable experience.
