LED Screen: State-of-the-Art Tech

Our newly acquired, cutting-edge LED screen setup was critical to the night's success. The complete LED arsenal features 80 sqm (320 panels) of P2.6mm LED with the ability to curve and create pixel-perfect right-angle installations, lending us the tools to create breathtaking visual displays at the highest industry standard.

We proudly brought to life the following events, each spectacular in its own right, allowing us to serve 1700 people with AV magic in a single night.

Tourism WA

The grandeur of the 50th edition of the WA Tourism Awards was matched only by the dedication of Western Australia's tourism industry. With 800 esteemed guests in attendance, including dignitaries, tourism operators, and venue operators, it was a night that celebrated the commitment and excellence that makes Western Australia a premier tourist destination.

Our state-of-the-art LED screen stole the spotlight, stretching over twenty meters in length and immersing all attendees in the event's proceedings, ensuring that no one missed a single moment of the action.

In addition, we provided bespoke audio solutions that reverberated through the stage, including the exceptional performances of the Qantas Children's Choir and band, curated specifically for this special evening.

From a meticulously crafted in-room lighting setup, captivating centrepieces, a stunning media wall, and multimedia services, our event design added extra vibrance to an already brilliant evening.

Red Cape Ball

Optus Stadium's ballroom came alive as 900 heroes attended the annual Red Cape Ball, organised by zero2hero. This inspiring event empowers young people to become community mental health heroes. It was an enchanting evening that not only entertained but also created a lasting impact on our youth. The event raised a tremendous $415K thanks to the generosity of the guests, enabling 92 young people to attend Camp Hero.

The evening commenced with the Moorditj Mob's moving and interactive Welcome to Country. Guests were then enthralled by Carmelo Entertainment's high-energy production. The festivities continued as DJ Gibbs and Little Belle kept the dance floor alive well into the night.

Being part of such an enchanting night dedicated to a worthy cause was a privilege. Our contributions included multiple projections, live fixed and roaming cameras, the renowned L'Acoustics line array, an expertly designed band stage, an extensive lighting package, and theming.

These events exemplified our team's unwavering determination, skills, and resources, showcasing that possibilities are endless when passion and love for what we do drive us.
